Governing Board

The Governing Board is the highest decision-making authority of DIA. It provides strategic oversight, approves policy, and ensures that the Institute fulfils its mission.

Executive Management Team

The Executive Management team oversees the day-to-day operations of the Institute. They ensure effective implementation of strategy, programmes, and services.

To support pan-African reach, DIA operates regional chapters led by Country Representatives. These chapters coordinate local events, partnerships, member engagement, and governance networks.

Secretariat

The Secretariat provides administrative, communication, and operational support to all DIA structures.
